Bri at Machu Picchu. It must have just gotten dark, as the camera settings didn't change, and it was maybe a minute between this and the last photo.

Another panoramic that doesn't look like it. Three photos needed to capture the extreme depth of the canyon.

Our guide tells us about "up". To be fair, he was an excellent guide; lives in both Machu Picchu and Cuzco, teaches at the university in Cuzco. He clearly loved the site.

Ah! There's a grassy ledge one can sneak out on. Leave the trail, jump over some small walls and boulders, and poof, you're on the edge of a 2,000 foot drop. Yeah, I was thinking clearly at an elevation of 8,000 feet.

Machu Picchu; basically the same photo as the one at wikipedia. My colors are better, but his light is much better.
